Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at fabriq@aqs.one if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

AQS FabriQ is a research and analytics platform for quantum, quantum-inspired, and classical methods applied to quantitative finance. It lets you catalog datasets, define algorithms and use cases, run simulations and, where enabled, real quantum-hardware jobs, and review estimates and benchmarks.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in any unlawful way;
• access, or try to access, accounts, data, or proprietary AQS information that is not yours;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or copy non-public parts of the Service;
• interfere with or overload the Service, or circumvent rate limits or security controls;
• upload malicious code; or
• use our non-public materials to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of the data and content you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant AQS a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you upload.

The Service, including its software, catalog, estimator methodology, models, designs, and documentation, is owned by AQS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Apart from the right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Some features, such as paid plans and running jobs on real quantum processors (QPUs), may incur charges. Pricing and any prepaid-credit terms are shown in the Service before you incur a charge. Real-hardware jobs are executed by third-party providers such as IBM Quantum and are also subject to their terms. Charges for compute you have already consumed are generally non-refundable.

The Service is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the Service may contain errors or be interrupted. Please keep your own copies of important data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result or estimate is accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AQS and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid AQS for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify and hold AQS harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
